I just installed my greddy electrical boost gauge and everything is working perfectly except for the boost reading. When the car is idle, the gauge is reading -500. I drove it around the block and when it reads 0 i can hear the turbo spooling, and then i gave the car some gas (not too much as i don't have my bov yet) and it went up to .5 bar, but i know it was higher than that. Any ideas? I'm not going ot fool around with it anymore until i get my bov on, as I'm running the car in vacuum until that gets here anyways so....

Are you SURE it was sposed to be higher than .5 bar? Giving it half throttle could be unpredictable as far as what kind of boost you will see. If it really is low I would check the vac line on the boost gauge first, and that it is hooked up in a proper location. It could also be that you may have a faulty unit.
