Help with Lugnuts and Caliper filing for Bogart wheels.

Just got my Bogart 16" racing wheels in and as I understand it, I will have to get a specific type of lugnut for them and file the rear calipers slightly to get them to no rub.

Any help on either of these would be a great help!
