I need some help.

I recently bought a 1993 Supra 2jzge, Can i convert it to a 2JZGTE? And if so, how do I go about it?

easy! you pull out the 2jz-ge motor/ecu and put in a 2jz-gte motor/ecu! tada! 5 minute job max.

Yes you can swap it fairly easy. There use to be a sticky somewhere on how to do it but can't find it.

On a sidenote, aren't Supra's cheap in Japan? It might be easier to just buy a TT supra.

Supras are very cheap over here, and that would be my suggestion as well.

@Moonwalkerx If you need some help locating them hit me up. you are kind of subject to what you can find local being in Okinawa, but there are tons of great buys here on Honshu or even up in Hokkaido. Just hit up the Goo-net, if you're reasonably comfortable with Japanese I suggest using the non-english(exchange) site. There's much more accurate adds on the Japanese site.

yes, it is a very strict inspection. i have a friends who have had issues with aftermarket parts failing them on even the visual inspection. its a 2 year inspection so im pretty sure that most people go back to stock every 2 years to pass it.

Is it a JDM Supra? are you military? if you are are you thinking your going to put it in your pack out, because if any or all of these things are true you might want to do some research into it before you get too excited.

Thanks I did, got TMO looking into it. as for an overall perspective of my situation: I am in the military, I am going to take it back.....BUT Im gonna sell the NA before october and and get a TT. decided it yesterday.
