I'm ready to order my hg and wondering what size would be best with my dimensions.

I believe 7mgte stock hg size is 1.4mm. Right?

The machine shop took off .008 from the block, .006 from head.

So 1.4 + .008 + .006 = 1.414



It's barely a hundredth off stock size so should i just stick with 1.4mm and get a hks, cometic or greddy metal brand?

Don't get me wrong I want what's best for my engine.

you added mm with in. if you add mm with mm you get 1.7mm i believe comectic(sp) would have that size.

OOPS!! I re-calculated and its 1.76mm

1.7mm Cometic would be fine huh?

errr.. what is cometic (sp)?

I looked on HPF, Suprasport, and TMS, none of them had 1.7mm hg's

i believe, not 100%, cometic can make a hg in any size that you need. call hpf or supra sport instead of just looking online.
