hi guys

my friend is gonna race moded camaro and he wanna know if he removed the airfilter and removed the headlight would it effects the A/F ? means is it gonna lean out hes motor ? cuz hes car is bpu and already lean 13 ar! ob1 :s

so please let me know guys which better

I would say anytime you add additional air, you're going to want additional fuel. I wouldn't think removing the filter and headlight would cause a dramatic change in A/F, but I'm no expert. It definately wouldn't get any richer unless the ECU or whatever electronics he has compensates.

If you leave the airflow meter on there, I don't see why anything would be affected.

Just hope you don't suck something in there accidentally, that's what i would be worried about.

But I'm surprised he's running lean, BPU's usually run rich.
