Hi need help with car runnning rich

I had my engine rebuilt and when I got it back it was running very rich. I was getting an error 42 and 52, they where a speed sensor and front knock sensor error. Well the mechanic forgot a vaccum line in the rear which he fixed. The engine light no longer comes on and the car runs much better but it still seems to be rich. I have a VPC, GCC, with a t-51 g-force computer with all the other goodies. I usually try to figure these things out. I adjusted all I can with the VPC and GCC but it seem that I can't still get the car to run right. It's just too rich.
