We all know and love this exhaust on single turbo supra's....but what is this thing going to sound like on the N/A car im going to be putting this on until i get all my turbo parts on the car???? Any info would be of help. I thought about just putting the carbon/ti on it...but i dont really want to spend $800 just to turn around and want/need to buy the bigger(sexier) exhaust.. please chime in with comments, i would like to get this ordered today.

It sounds good. I was surprised how my car sounded for being bone stock running a 4" exhaust.
I'm in the same boat as you, getting things ready for a swap.

i can handle loud...but i cant handle just raspy/ricey bullshit...lol As long as its a deep mellow tone...i dont mind it being above average in dB's

No raspiness, I expected some but there was none, to my surprise it sounded better than I would have ever thought.

It's suppose to be here around Wednesday of next week. I should have it on the car and video up by Saturday. As the car sits right now, it's a bone stock n/a with factory TT exhaust, so it sounds very mild compared to what it's going to be.

If you don't have your turbos installed yet, aren't you going to lose a fair amount of power putting a 4" exhaust on a NA car? As much as free flowing exhausts are good, too little back pressure can cause problems/reduce power output.

it's only going to be for a few months....and honestly, I don't really get on the car hard anyways.... There isn't anything fast about an N/A....haha

NA's are louder than TT's with the same exhaust, so this should be fairly loud.

While it would probably sound fine, an NA wouldn't run all that well with a 4" exhaust. The OP is just wanting to put it on ahead of going turbo. It's a bad idea if you're staying NA.

Gonna pop my +1 post to this one. I recently got a HKS Ti for a NA-TT and it has impressed me. N/A will have the dB, but still sounds great on my turbo's without having the "what the shit ricer" glances and more "omg" /bite-lip reactions.

I had carbon TI unrestricted on my NA and it sounded good, kept getting bunch of compliments on the sound.. I wouldnt hesitate for a sec. to go back to this exhaust
