I'm putting on an HKS BOV (have a Greddy 3 row FMIC and stock twins). Which "insert" (I don't know the correct name) do people prefer? I know you get a different sound with the gold one, etc. Do the different ones affect pressure as well as sound? (Sorry if this was inarticulate)
