I just recently bought the HKS Super SQV BOV and have yet to put it on my car...hard to find time...but i was wondering wut it sounds like...does it chirp (some people say like a turkey)...or is it just one kashhhhhhhh....i figured i would ask you guys for some help...

Not to be rude, but why don't you just install the damn thing and find out what it sounds like for yourself? :dunno: Should only take 30-45 minutes.

But, to answer your question, I think it different for everyone depending on the adjustment of the tension screw and the level of modification of one's car. For me, I'm BPU+Greddy 3 row, plus 6 speed, and it's actually between a "chirp" and a "kashhhh". All depends on how hard I'm accelerating. Hope that helps.

it actually sounds like a turkey and a chicken are mating in some wierd amphibious dolphin and it slides around the engine bay on thanks giving when the chef is chasing them
