i was just wondering will it hurt if the honeycomb in the maf sensor is gone?i never really paid attn. till i did my intake,and i dont have one.and if i do need it where would i get one?thanks!

yes, its there to help read the amount of air that comes in, critical as your AFM

the purpose of the honeycomb is to act as a straightener for the air flow so the sensor can be more accurate. as far as i know no one has shown specific changes with/without the honeycomb in.

ok im just worried about something happening.because my car dont exactly like to run.ever.and anything that dont seem right i worry!
