I am only hitting 15psi on high boost, it holds it rock steady. Low boost setting works fine. I need to see if my pipes are leaking first so I am putting it on a rack and doing t-bolt clamps while I am at it, this is all stock piping.

I also notice that my actuator doesn't click like it use to when driving on low boost. It's not too apparent.

Any ideas?

you can probably diconnect the hoses to the solenoid of the profec b and try running the actuator wide open to see if you can boost higher. Watch your boost gauge cuz you dont want to oveboost. with a pulled hose and dp you should be able to go higher than 18psi...if not then check for leaks, check bov, and check turbo....

I'm going to swap actuators with my friend to see if that is the problem first.

Thanks for the ideas.

True on the EVC EZ. I would pull hoses first and see if your boost will past 15 psi. If it will, you definately know it's the BC- if not you have a boost leak.
