Haven't done it myself on a Supra, but most cars have the adjuster at the base of the hand brake lever. Check there for a nut on the end of a long threaded rod.

yeah i have found that but i was wondering if there is just any where under the car. but i just went over the cygus and found the part that tells me i have to remove the center console to do it. so i guess on my day off i can do that lol

Take rear wheels off, take caliper mount and caliper off in 1 piece, take rotor off. Then you need to open up the parking brake shoes with the star wheel adjuster, like you would on a typical drum brake setup. You'll want to open the shoes up till theres a slight drag on the shoes. Dont fuck with the cable unless its broken

^this. I have mine adjusted to where 4 clicks locks the wheels to where I can't manually spin them anymore. Once you get the hub off, just take a flathead to the star wheel.
