how do i get back my factory amp???

i bought a new stereo, and took the wires from the amp out to connect directly to the stereo. But now my sound quality sux since i dont have my mids anymore? any suggestiosn on how to get the amp tied into the stereo?

if you took the harness which is on the side of the transmission tunnel almost, it is a normal toyota harness, and you shouldnt have any problems with still having your mids, unless it has been tampered with before...
