do u havr to twist them as in are they screwd in ...i was told that i could yous a flat head or an adjusting tool ... i was explained to me that they are able to be done at home with little tools needed
do i have to re seat them in order to get rid of the valve clatter from the shims..i was told to re seat them until i get some replacementsThey just pop out man.... not screwed in at all.
You check for clearance with a gauge then measure shim thicknes, and then buy the thckness shim needed to get the proper suggested clearance. Not sure about this, but it looks like you measure them and then replace if needed based on some type of formula. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm replacing my headgaket this weekend and I'd like to know for sure.
