Don't. The repair manual says it involves removing the starter.
Either
a) Go TTC and cap it off
or
b) See that hose layout diagram under your hood? Mount another pressure tank somewhere else and route the hoses to that. That way if it goes bad again its easy to change.
It's actually not that hard to get the starter out. All you should need will be a 12'' extension and swivel socket. If I remember correctly, there's only 2 nuts you need to get off.
