How many quarts of oil for the tranny and differnetial?

I don't remember the dif off hand but the tranny takes 2 liters of the V160 and they only sell it in liter bottles.

Rear differential takes 1.6 quarts. Buy two 1 quart bottles of 75w90 gear oil and fill it up untill it starts to overflow out of the top.

Don't know where you plan on getting your V-160 fluid. Although I am in Alabama, I called Jay Mark Toyota in Houston Tx. At my local "friendly" Toyota dealer V-160 is about $43 a liter (need two=$86). I called Jeff at Jay Mark and got TWO LITERS for about $38 plus shipping!!!! That is what I call a price break. I ended up ordered several more maintenance items from them because of the prices.

Thanks. I plan on ordering V-160 fluid from Jay Marks Toyota. My friend can get me Royal Purple 75W-90 AND Royal Purple Ice for cost.

CORRECTION ON PRICE!!!!
I got a wrong price quote and order shipment from Jay Mark. I asked for two liters of V-160 tranny fluid. For some unkown reason the service guy decided I had told him I needed 8 liters of Toyota ATF T-IV auto tranny fluid. That is what came in my shipment. Two big ass cans (about a gallon) of ATF fluid. Jay Marks charges $38 a liter for V-160. The service guy apologized and said "didn't know what kind of crack he was smoking that day". LOL. Thought I should put out the correction.
