Actually I didnt dyno or run the car with just those parts. I just know from when I had taken everything off of the car except the ebc and fcd during my smog test, and according to my boost gauge I was still able to hit 17 psi. Now with my dp back in and intake, exhaust and so forth I can hit 17 psi no problem, in fact i can go all the way to 22 no problem (not like I am doing that with crappy 91 octane in Cali). I dynoed at 370 RWHP at just under 17 psi with everything in, and ran a crappy 13.4 @ 114 with just under 17 psi due to poor 60 foot times. I expect with a little practice that I can get 12 second passes with just BPU+.
