how much do they run and what do they come with. whats the psi and how much hp will it give me?

Well, you can pick up the complete kit for a shade under $4k. Check this site for good information regarding the kit:

The owner of that site (Chris B.) uses the Greddy T-78 himself and is a great source of information regarding it.
