My current cps is shitting oil everywhere, i just got the rebuild kit today and im about to change the bearings and seals. now my question is how to clean the cps to get rid of all the oil but not mess up the parts

You can use a little bit of electrical cleaner but for the most part I'd just use a rag to clean anything and possibly a blade for any stuff that's gunked up. just don't use a blade near any parts that are important.
