What can I use to get this oil base paint of the rear seat? Will it discolor it and leave a white spot afterward?

not likely.. youll have to scrub it out. the bad thing is, its dried. but the good thing is, its dried. at least you won't smear it anymore. also, if those seats were treated at all, the paint would have a hard time properly adhering to it, so hopefully it will juts flake off with some effort.

your best bet is to get a nice small leather bristle brush, some all purpose cleaner like meguiars apc+, and spray it in a 1:8 apc to water solution (a little stronger than normal for this to keep the paint from settlings once it comes up). and to work the seat with the brush after it soaks for a couple of minutes.

you don't want to scrape it off with something or you will damage the leather.

and i would be wary of using some form of thinner on the leather as that might damage the surface... you may be forced to if using the apc and brush doesn't do it... but im confident that it will.

i have taken different kinds of pen, paint, marker, etc off of seats using a good bristle brush and apc+ .... the brush you are looking for would be a simple, yellow bristle upholstery brush. and apc can be had at local detailing shops, and some auto stores that carry meguiars professional line.

be sure to keep the area wet and wipe it thoroughly after each good scrubbing, you dont want that color to settle in the pores. the brush should also get deep into the pores to remove any that has gotten rooted in there.
