For anyone doing their spark plugs, this will help you remove the throttle body and the wires...

PS: Mohd from mkiv.com was nice enough to get the pictures from the manual for me.

You don't need to remove the TB to get at the plugs. You can see there are two bolts on the top of the TB, and two nut on the bottom of the TB. Well, after you remove these, remove the two studs on the lower mounting points ( where the two nuts were, you need a torx socket), and then you can move the TB enough to get at the middle two plugs without removing it, that way you won't need to disconnect the coolant lines.
