Actually, I think plugs are the thing that will never actually give you hp, but you need to do in order to take advantage of your other mods.
When I put the NOS in, I was thinking about those Bosch +4 plugs (if they even make a Supra fitment). Anyone know about them? High grade platinum, with 4 tips, so the spark is finding the coolest path possible.
