Best spot for a BOV is closest to the throttle body but thats probably not the answer you're looking for 
You'll need at least a vacuum hose running to your bov (that is what actuates it). If you want to recirculate it, you'd have to run the bov vent to a spot before the turbo inlet but after the afm (which unless you got rid of it would be your accordian hose) so the air being "blown off" is returned to the intake stream to be sucked in by the turbo again.
