i noticed that my hydro fan is spinning, but not as much as it did in the grey car. before i could stand at the driver's side of the engine bay and feel the air blowing on me. but now i can barey feel air when holding my hand behind the fan. what determines the speed that the fan blows? i did not notice it speed up when i revved or came back from a trip to the gas station... what do you think?

expain more. i have a little black box that says "engine fan control", if that's it, i dont know where it plugs in. and the solenoid, is that the black cylinder thing coming off the hydro pump? if so i have it plugged into a connector that was near it on the harness. does that help? i can take pics if needed.

It is the black cylindrical thing sitting atop the pump. Also, is your temps sensor that is on the ratiator plugged in?? That is what kicks the fan in high gear, even if the computer is not hooked up.
The fan computer hooksup to a small grey plug near the ecu.
