After about 4 hrs in the cold night me and my buddy finally finished putting my header on and was wll woth it. I gotta take the car to my buddys garage sat morning cuz it is leaking a lil bit right b4 where it hooks up to the cat. The leak is so small tho that anyone else would proly just let it go but im real picky. I just wanted to let the ppl that havent did this mod yet that it is the best power gain ive had yet. You have to change the collector on the pacesetter header from i think 2in to i would recommend 2.5in. the o2 sensor is real easy to hook up to the new header, cuz all you have to do is cut the wire and add new wire to extend it to fit. Goodluck

you should really relocate your O2 sensor higher instaed of elongating the wire. also try welding some studs for the heatshields, that shit will get hot, and belive me you dont want any fires.

^agreed. Make sure you get something to deflect the heat away from the intake. Also if you still have the stock intake snorkel you WILL and I emphasize WILL melt a hole in the bottom of it because these headers disipate heat like a mofo. Good luck with it all, I know I've enjoyed mine for a little while. It's just not enough power gain for me ;)

I got quoted $590 for welding, labor, and the header, gaskets, etc.

Would be welded for 3" for me because I have a 3" full exhaust, although that didn't affect the price. How much did it cost you for the header kit/welding? Assuming you bought the gaskets and bolts, etc.

The only thing i bought was the header off my friend and a new gasket. The total was like 50 bucks. And as far as keeping heat out im gonna put header wrap on the header.
