Turbo is cooked on my 89!:tear: Has anyone ever purchased on of the upgraded ones from suprastore?

I am just looking to replace it with a stock one or anftermarket bolt on. Anyone have any suggestions?

send your old one in at driftmotion and have it rebuilt to a 57- trim its around 550$

Do you have a link or phone number for driftmotion?

Also I'm a bit confused abot the trim options. When it says for example 57 Trim: 49lb/min or 490hp, does that mean it can take up to 49lbs of boost maximum and is good for a build of up to 490hp?

no i have not but thats were everbody gets them. they rebuild yours with garret internals.

I have a 60-1 upgrade that COULD be for sale for the right price. I'd have to take it out of my car, but I already have a replacement anyway so it wouldn't be a huge deal.

I didn't even know suprastore offered a bolt on. The SP61GT and SP67GT don't use the stock compressor housing, only the rear housing that is machined out for the respective turbine wheels and have been proven to make 550+whp.

I appreciate the offers for the turbos but I would prefer to buy one as new as possible. Not to say that there is something wrong with any of yours. I have had this car for 7 years now and have done very little in the way of upgrading, mainly because Im always spending the money on maintaing and repairing the car instead of performance upgrades. Sigh...Anyone want to buy a 89t white package supra needs turbo! Engine rebuilt from BHG mls head gasket bored out 20 over arp studs! Make me an offer!
