On the same token, how much more work is it to do the head gasket once you're in the middle of replacing the timing belt?

Reason I ask is becuase I'm about to go NA-T, and at the same time I'm going to do the timing belt and adjustable cam gears. I don't plan on putting more than 300whp down for a little while, but might want to do the head gasket now if I'm almost there anyway.
