ok guys. thanks for the input. think i will do the hardpipes but i ran into a snag. after talking to the shop that was gonna do them, i decided that they sucked ass. didnt want them near my engine!!

so i dont know any place that can make them. a good shop that is.

anyone know about any good rad shops in jersey or philly that could do the hardpipes RIGHT and GOOD that has experience with the mkIII??

or anyone want to sell or make me a set for $$?

Well for one, $400 for stock sized piping...Waste of money
If you plan on upgrading to a bigger IC later on, it will all goto waste since your piping will now be too small...Honestly, for now just do PCV piping or get something cheap made up at a local place - you don't need it ss and polished if it'll be getting replaced anyways. If you're never upgrading the stock IC, it's a different story but still...$400 will get you what $200 will(or much less)

If you want to ask if any places in the northeast can help you, I'd post in the NorthEast forum

If you want to ask if any members have hardpipes for sale, post an add in the forsale/wanted section

Otherwise, just post in your original thread
