I'm seriously looking for a shop now to do so, And I am willing to pay.

I'm sure it isn't too different compared to a 2jz(less vac lines I guess) but none the less I just want to know its in good, competent hands.

I want someone with 1JZ experience
Someone in the Bay Area
Someone who will do it for a reasonable price.

So, anyone have a good name to run by me?

Thanks

Kyle

Whats your turnaround?

Since the car is my daily driver, fastest is best.

Let me know people, recommend me where to look!

its not that hard, as long as;

your exhaust isnt welded in one peice, and if you have the stock y pipe. if ya got the ebay y pipe that makes life hard. oh and it depends if you got a garage, or you gonna take it to someones house ect..

i would say its worth about a good 300$ to swap it over.

My exhaust is stock 4 pieces. Y pipe, DP, cat, catback.

I would love to do it myself, but I have no time, no garage, and my tools are just a mess.

Thats the ballpark I was looking at. about $300 for it done in a day or 2.

it only takes about a day or two (2 days the most..) to do the swap. but I'll be working on Drews eclipse first coz I'll be swappin out his turbo as well. also, the labor price would be $300.

aite, peace.

how hard would it be to swap out the twins? Just pull the motor out of the car and pull the twins off right? Seeing how long it took to take out moe's 1j, it shouldn't take thaaaat long right?
