I need two new tires 215/45/17 onto a 8.5" wheel I believe
If you know of a shop who can stretch a tire please let me know

Why not just get some tires that fit your wheels?

I'm to low and the offset makes them rub if they are the correct size tire.

DDS Performance can, We have a tire machine and a cheetah to stretch tires.

215 on a 8.5 is barely a stretch. Should be able to bead them with no problems.
