I bought some and tried it a couple of times and didn't like it. Like you mentioned, streaks are a problem. No powdery residue on dark colors is nice though. I tried Zaino after ICE and have been stuck on it since, good stuff!

Nanowax can streak too, and it also doesn't cause white crap on the black parts or dust...

I think it's the nature of the product that it will streak is it's that small, I don't have issues getting the streaks out though with nanowax...

oh crap, let me tell you guys DO NOT USE ICE PRODUCTS ON A BLACK CAR!!!! It is seriously the worst wax i have ever used in my life. it goes on very nicely and looks pretty clean, but once you start to wipe it off it streaks EVERYWHERE. definately the worst wax i have ever used. it smeared like crazy

I have not used used it but since there are people mentioning some products not to be used, I recommend checking out some of the Royal Satin robin compunds. I used one after some "experienced mechanic" recommended it... it will revitalize the paint! it is like the Viagra of paint... well it was more the MoFoing piece of crap that busted my rear door! Damn you Royal Satin! and damn me for not searching at that time in the SF...

You get what you pay for. I like Autoglym Radiant Wax Polish for a sealant/wax that holds up, and P21S or Pinnacle for car shows and depth.

I like the very cherry wax from rightlook. it does not last forever though.

as far as streaks, I'm used to the cyclo. Never had a streak problem.
by hand however....

if you use a porter cable, there is only one way not to get streaks everywhere. You will get some eventually but it's always better to have them all in the same direction.

Anyone else try this on a black car?
They say you can apply it in direct sunlight on a black car...I wanna know how true that really is.

Its probably streaking because you are reusing the same side of the towel, you have to flip the cloth or use multiple towels. Also if you use a quick mist to finish wiping off the wax, that helps too.

I have applied carnauba by hand on F40s and Million dollar cars and never had a streak. Its all in the technique. I never machine apply wax. Sealant, maybe....but wax. No way.

Do not use this or Eagle One nano wax on a black car. It WILL streak no matter if you have a fresh microfiber cloth or not. It seems to work fine on lighter colors though.
