I start up my 91 supra turbo. It runs well until I come to a stop. As soon as I release the clutch (put it into neutral), the idling suddenly drops to whooping low 200 rpm and then rises back to 600-700 rpm. I've check the accordian hose and found cracks developing on the end hose connected to the turbo. Is that the problem? If so, I've been looking for an accordian hose and it's F*$KEN hard to find one around here in Sacramento. I just want to know if it could be other things. One thing for sure is that I really need to clean my K&N air filter. It's dirty as hell. Secondly, I think it could be the tps but it idles fine until you come to a sudden stop....that's when it starts to drop hella low. What else can be the problem? Any solutions?

Vacuum leak, also Check your IC pipes for any cracks, make sure there tightened pretty good. and the accordian is not your problem.
