Okay this is a 92 supra turbo, has 113k miles on it, im assuming the plugs have never been changed, because the #1 plug was burnt to a crisp...

As I was proceeding to the next plug, the ignition wire wouldnt budge...I just ordered new ngk wires because I had just pulled the rubber/wire out of the plastic of the ignition wire...I've used tools to try and pull it out as hard as I can...no luck...

Anyone heard of this happening before? Any ideas how to get it out without damaging anything else?

sounds like it is fused on the plug.

I've seen people mix up the dielectric clear silicone and the clear silicone RTV before when they installed plug wires... it effectively glues the plug wire to the plug. Get a piece of steel rod (like a 3/16" welding rod) and make a giant corkscrew thing out of it (sharpen the tip). Screw it down around the plug wire boot and pull.

Sound advice. Have had this happen to me befor. I just grab it with needle nose and work at it for a while.

Thank alot guys, thats a good step in a right direction with it. I have no idea why someone would want to glue a wire on the plug anyway, if that was the case.
