UPDATED: Indiana meet - June 3rd and 4th

Hey all, we're going to be getting together on June 3rd 2005 to hang out and shame some Hondas at Friday Night Midnight Madness at Indianapolis Raceway Park. 7 hours of racing!

$15 to race, $7 to spectate.

Rules:
http://www.irponline.com/HOME/RaceDivisions/TNSL/StreetDreamsRules.asp - make sure your battery is bolted down, and you have door handles on the outside of your car.

[edit] Directions: http://www.irponline.com/HOME/IRPFanGuide/mapdirections.asp

Not really a formal meet, just trying to get a bunch of people together and see how many show up. Lets get something going!

UPDATE:

Looks like we're also going to be eating at the Hooters on US 31 in Greenwood at 5:00pm on Saturday. I will update again with more info and directions when I get it. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=278282

Address:
7551 Us 31 S
Indianapolis, IN 46227

I've never been there, but I understand that it is a couple miles south of I465 on the south side of Indianapolis, in Greenwood.

Also, there is a good-sized Kentucky meet the same weekend. They will be racing with us at IRP on Friday, having a BBQ in Louiseville on Saturday, and dyno in Louiseville on Sunday. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=279594&p=3054811

With 2 months to plan, no Indianan has an excuse to bail out. :)

I work 40-50 hours a week, go to school half-time, and have a full-time girlfriend -- if I can make it, anyone can. :)

I might come over for that. I have a friend that lives right across the street for the Big Speedway, hell I can jsut stay with him and come we'll come join the fun.
He's been trying to get me to bring the Sup to IRP sometime anyways.

Excellent. I'll see you there. :)

I probably won't be fast. I've been having hesitation issues, and I changed my plugs today -- 5 of them had a fine white glaze on them (lean/detonation?).

So I'm probably going to be going through and replacing fuel system components one at a time until I get it straightened out. :/

I still stomp my buddy's Miata every time I race him, though. :)

Hmm.. I'd say the MKIII -- faster in a straight line. That and you were wanting to find out what it could do.
