Inspection day!!! I passed, well kinda

$80 later, and with the help of a Toyota Camry I passed inspection!! it took about 5 runs, but I got it done. Now I don?t have to worry about it til next year. I was under the assumption that the mk 3 could pass emissions without cats? Well I guess I was wrong. it doesn?t help that my car is missing. NY state inspection is a pain in the ass...

I passed NYS inspection with HKS DP stock second cat and HKS 3: cat back, running Pfcon and running real rich..here are my numbers

I remember in 1992 i passed with no cats..I know NYS inpsections got alot stricter recently, make sure your car is running ok, what other mods do you have..
