does anyone have simple instructions on installing the cps on my 87 turbo 7m. i bet its been asked before, but no search button.
i have 2 books for the car and they do not explain how to do this. i know i need a tsrm but do not have one yet. i used all data at school and got some weird install procedure. with going counter clock wise 1200 degrese and back 400 degrese after tdc. now sure but can someone explain this to me. i am preaty sure i know whrere the 2 marks are on the gears. if anyone wants to show me. more then welcomed to any help offered.

bring the engine to TDC and the theres a dot on the CPS shaft just put that in the 12 o clock position and the insert, you may have to try a cupple times cuz the teeth are angled, but youll figure it out.

there's the TSRM, bookmark it as it will be your bible from now on

ignore the supposed repair manuals, as they aren't even close to accurate (like not giving a torque spec on parts that are critical or will leak if overtightened...)
