I am installing an AFPR kit that I got from Suprasport. I am wondering what if any sealant shoul be used on the threaded fittings. I would suspect that teflon tape is not useable in fuel lines. Can anyone comment on this?

no, the fittings all have rubber seals on them. Put everything together and run the car, check for leaks. If there are any, then start tightening or use pipe sealant.

Is there a special sealant or just regular plumbing pipe dope?

you should use permatex anti-seize for the metric thread to fuel rail.
