Any idea's would be appreciated.

This is on a na-t car, we are using a hall sensor as cam-crank sensor with a small mod to the AEM to make it work. The car gets stat-sync and fires right up when cold, it runs great when cold/warm, etc... life is good. When you shut off the car warm it will not fire again. We get stat-sync but there is no spark. Once the car sits and is back at ambient it fires back up and runs perfectly again. We've re-checked all the wiring, tried replacing the ignitor and twin power. I'm at a bit of a loss. I looked through the cal file and don't see anything that should kill spark at warm startup. I can post up the cal later today if anyone can take a peek at it, or if you have any other ideas that would be appreciated. FYI, we put the distributor back in as the cam/crank sensor along with a stock AEM and the issue dissapears. So I think we've narrowed it down to the AEM itself or some freaky thing in the cal.
