Is it normal for there to be some oil in the line right before the throttle body?

I had a small boost leak where the flex hose attaches to the plastic tube opposite of the throttle body. I pulled it apart yesterday and noticed a film of oil in there. I put it back together and everything seems fine. The only time I see smoke is when I first start the engine after it has been setting for 8 hrs or more. Also one of my friends said when he was behind me getting on the interstate he saw a small puff of white smoke when I floored it. I have seen this same thing in dyno videos I have downloaded and thought that was normal when the turbos spool up at 4500 rpms. What do you guys think?
