i need an ecu, and i can't tell if this one for sale is OBD1 or OBD2, can anyone know the difference....?

the numbers on it are :
175000-6570

and the toyota number is

89661-14521

any help would be greatly appreciated!

What year is the supra? I think OBD-II is 97+

it is just an ecu, so i don't know what year car it is from, all i have is the numbers on it?
