I was replacing my water pump and I noticed that my piece is different from the others shown in pictures. Is this an aftermarket piece?

Yours looks stock(with the two lines on it). Some people, when going single, remove them to make it look smother

Yours is stock. i believe those go to your stock twins, and many people just cap those off.

Where can i get those different water necks? I though it was an automatic thing cause mine is a 6 speed.

they're not aftermarket and it's not an auto/6spd difference... they're custom. you can yank and twist the little nipples off with pliers and then tap/bolt the holes shut or have them welded shut. the rest is just polishing.
