after looking at the fuel pump graph on MKIV.com, seems like Walbro pump allows alot more flow over stock pump.
does anyone have any comments or suggestions on these Walbro pumps? are they noisy compare to stock pump? what are downsides to Walbro pumps?

thanx!

there better and run less hot then stock pumps !
Physically slightly smaller, good if you want to run two. Quiet. Pulls only 1/2 the amps of a stock pump. I believe walbro manufactures for oem so reliabilty should be good. I use them.
I just bought a pair of Walbro GSS341's but don't have them installed yet. I am under the impression that they are considerably smaller and flow slightly better than the OEM Supra TT pumps. Mine are not to replace stock pumps, but rather my HUGE external pump that I currently have on my Supra.

I was thinkning of using only 1 of Walbros 341 series pump for my BPU+ which I think should be more then enough. you guys think?
I'm also thinking of doing duel stock pump, but not sure how to set it up..what you guys think?

One GSS341 is more than enough for BPU+. Dual pumps are only necessary over 500rwhp.
What about running the stock one in parallel with a walbro one?Seems like the most cost effective way when building a fuel system for going single.

just realized duel pump requires fabrication of #2 fuel line...I think I'll just stay with single pump. 341 is what I'm gonna try, will let you guys know how it goes.

BTW, if I were going single, I would wanna go with the "brand name" pumps such as HKS, APEXi etc....just to "show off";)

Vivek, has recently switched his stock pump for the Gss341 Walbro and put down over 600 rwhp w/NOS and 526 rwhp w/o NOS (all with stock twins). Another MKIV list member recently dyno'd his single supra on one of the Walbro GSS341 pumps and put down 602 rwhp.
