I posted here because everyone has mixed opinion on this. ITS says the new turbos have them built in and other people say its a good idea to install one since oil pressure can reach 90+psi. This damn internet, it confuses everyone!! :)

I have an ITS74DBB GTX, and did not use a restrictor. ITS said that they are built it and DO NOT USE one.

you dont need one for dbb they are built in. The standard bearing does not need one also. DBB turbos do not require a lot of oil. I have a -4 fitting and I welded it up and put a small size drill bit through there. That reduces my flow into the turbo. You can do that or run a -3an line and be fine.
