Guys using his oil to break in my motor and just wondering what type of oil temps Supra's see to pick out the right oil. They make a XP -5 but is designed for oil temps from 220-260 and then a higher one for 280 plus called XP-6 for 280 and above. ANy help is appreciated.

I have never used it... but you would want the xp-5 ... you should not reach temps over 260 do you know or remember what your temps were before you have the motor done?

Isn't XP-6 designed for aluminum blocks? I plan on running JG oil in my motor this year. It's what my engine builder recommended.
