Ok the site is almost finished with all the info for the meet.

I need to get a head count so I can see what all we need.

Day 1 July 30 Saturday
1200 Noon we will meet at the Brat Stop for a meet and greet and lunch
3pm starts the Import War at Great Lakes Dragway
Show and Shine, Bass off, and bracket racing. We have our own bracket, S Class for Supras
Later we is dinner at Dave and Busters $25 pre-pay $30 at the door.
Sponsor are going to have an open Q & A for the guest. There will be a raffle that you need to be there for in person. one prise so far is an upgraded ct-26

Day2 July 31 Sunday
10am Dyno day A-Spec Tuning
3 runs for $40
We will have food there for a couple of dollars

I think there is going to be a caravan from KY, to Indy, to Champaign, to Chi. Once I have all the details worked out I'll get Bob to list it on the site.

I guess no track day at a Blackhawk Farms or something like that? I was looking forward to that this year.

well it is not out totally, I have to talk with a few other car clubs, right now the cost to rent the track out is $5900 for the day which does not have instructors which is yet another fee.

Right now Blackhawk does not have any one using the track on the 29th of July so it could still happen.

Wow. That isn't cheap. Simple math says we need to get a whole lot of people on a Friday to come over to make it cost effective. That might not be easy. What's the fee for instructors cost?

Last year we had an unorganized caravan of about 9 cars. I would like to get at least 20 this year which should be fairly simple with some planning.
