If you saw a complete MkIII Turbo or N/A in a junkyard what would you you pull off it? Rare parts, often failed parts? Just curious. I go to a lot of junkyards and see these once and I while and I've always kind of wondered what would be worth pulling off them.

Anything..I usually take fuses...fuse boxes cables cylinder heads anything...center console panel would be pretty good too..clusters just about anything...shit the whole car if its worth it

i always take a hand full of screws from the dash. If the hood struts are good i take those. i always take the shifter if it's a 5speed. There's a plug behind the steering wheel that connects the horn and cruise buttons to the car.

Take the shifter so you can do the sogi mod. If you don't like it, just put the original shifter back in.

I would have taken the shadow gray interior out of a 91, but didn't have the time or money to do it. I could have gotten the entire interior for sub $300

BSVS, 89+ moldings, 89+ steering wheel, good condition lips, front mud flaps with no rust, center console lids in good condition, anything aftermarket, coil packs etc.
