Ryan at WOTM told me when I bought my Tilton triple that they do not require a break-in period. Go boost it

 

I just learned that it has a 200mile breakin period.

 

Good to know, as I am planning on buying the quad as well.

Makes too much chatter noise??? I had the tilton triple plate and was a nightmare,too many many chatter noise on the city drive....

I drove with my Tilton arround 5000 miles before I replaced for the RPS carbon/carbon,and I haven´t any problem at anyway,the only was the chatter noise,it was a nightmare.My car is not a daily driver but if I want to go to the beach, I want to go with my supra,talking with something inside without screaming,is not only for highway pulls,is for all.

The problem is that now I´m going to a stroker+Gt47-80,and the rps is on the limit of the power for that set-up,and I´m looking for the tilton again.

What is a Tilton Triple Quad? How does it work, what does it do.

 

It's a 4 disc Carbon clutch. It helps transfer power from the engine to the driveline.

 

Does the Quad clutch feel like the Tripple on engagement??? I have the Tripple and I like it alot. It took me a little while to get used to it..."Just ask Nero."he,he...I killed the engine a few times but I love how easy it is to engaged.I drive mine Daily also and I dont mind the noise at all.

 

So whats the price difference between the tripple and the quad tilton.
