I am looking at aftermarket suspension parts that would help me get the lance alignment settings. the stock suspension has its limitations and what is there in the market that would help. ride quality is also very important to me as this car is DD.

Thanks,

Tsung

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the lance alignment -1 front and -1 1/2 rears and the stock supra supra suspension is capable of +/- 3 degrees front and rear will fully adjustable caster and toe? I think your bushing might need to be replaced if your having issues trying to dial in the lace alignment. I would double check if anything is bent, if not pick up a set of Superpro bushing or R2 bushing from MVP.

The suspension shops always had issue getting the +5 caster in the front. I will get my suspension examined. Thanks for the reply

I just got alignment today and they said they could only get 3 degree front caster. Not the 5 degree. And says my suspension parts look fine. Stock suspension can get to that big a caster?

I just got mine car aligned with the lance alignment. The shop was able to get all the specs on the dot. You are local to me so check out Trackspec Autosports in Fremont, they should be able to do it.

Here is a pic of my car on the alignment machine so you can see the height my car currently is at.

I've been thinking about an alignment and can someone explain what the point of this lance alignment is? Logically thinking I would want my Supra at around -1.2*F and -1*R (or less). No road courses or anything just street stuff

I don't have a stock suspension and my wheels are not stock size. So this info might not suit everyone, but I gave the Lance alignment figures to my alignment shop and they didn't care for them much and said it was closer to a front wheel drive car specs. Below are my settings if your interested in a great handing Supra that will not tram. My set include KW V3's, TRD sway bars and 9.5"X19" front and 11.5"X19 rear.
