Hi, do any of you guys have an LCD/TV screen in your visors? I wanted to know what is the max size screen that will fit in there, particularly in the passenger side visor if that helps. Thanks.

I have been pondering video in both of my visors. I have concluded that a 4:3 screen is all that will be necessary. I believe a 5 or 6" screen will be fine. Heck, it will only be about 12-24" from my face. My local shop (Music Systems in El Paso) says they have had good results with Icon screens. they can get these 'raw'. Meaning just the screens. I have seen visors they have custom built with these and what I have seen looks trick.

I have said before that I am a Sony guy. Sony just doesn't have very many choices when it comes to video. I can't replace my head unit - I just got the Sony CDX-C90. I ain't replacing this baby!

I will probably go with the small screens in the visors with an off Sony brand DIN DVD. It will run through a Sony tuner so I should be able to control some of the video thru my head unit, but not the actual operation of the DVD.

TO ANY SONY PEOPLE OUT THERE - MAKE AN IN-DASH DVD PLAYER. YOUR LITTLE TABLE TOP MODEL KIND OF SUCKS FOR USE IN THE CAR.
