I have been running an Aeromotive FPR ( A1000) for almost 4 years now. I think it's the 13101 model.

Recently I went to check the fuel pressure. It indicated 35 psi. I went to adjust the fuel pressure to 37 psi static but I noticed that there is no restistance from the spring on the adjustment screw.

There is certainly something wrong with the spring.

Anyone had this before? Any solutions besides the obvious replacement of the whole unit?

I've had several over the years and never had any problems. Aeromotive has one of the best tech groups that I've spoken to. Give them a call @ 913-647-7300 and I'm sure they can help. Good luck.

I opened up the FPR. To my surprise the spring was broken in 3 pieces.
I think Aeromotive doesn't offer replacement parts.
